By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies below.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

All deposits (retainer fees) are non-refundable, no exceptions. No refunds will be issued for any services rendered. All sales are final.

FINAL PAYMENT OPTIONS

Final payment is accepted via Zelle (vybebeautybar@outlook.com), Cash (exact change only), or Apple Pay. If choosing Afterpay, remaining balance must be paid in full via invoice on the same day you book your appointment — not the day of your service. Failure to pay the remaining balance on the day of booking will result in a cancelled appointment. Afterpay carries a 6% additional processing charge.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients must provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute rescheduling is treated the same as a cancellation. Holiday appointments require 48 hours notice. Failure to give proper notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to half the appointment total.

NO CALL / NO SHOW

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 15 minutes late with no contact = automatic no-show. 10 minutes late = automatic cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please contact us if you are running late. 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment. 15 minutes late with no contact will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. We cannot guarantee services will be rendered for late arrivals as it affects the schedule of other clients.

APPOINTMENTS

Vybe Beauty Bar does not reschedule, book, or cancel through DMs or emails. All changes must be made through your confirmation email link. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it is your responsibility to notify us. The technician is not liable for miscommunication.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Weather cancellations are only accepted day-of and are at the stylist's discretion.

STUDIO RULES

No extra guests permitted in the studio. Must be 18 or older to sign consent forms (lash & brow services)
